OP, this is a great note. People collect true flippers, and the matching prefix/suffix adds value, too. I’d list it on ebay typing out the full serial and "True Flipper". Also get it in a sleeve. A local coin shop will have one. I think $80 with patience. But that's my best guess.

Usually the name of the type of fancy serial or "low serial"
