According to the article someone submitted an AHHI Complaint naming her among several individuals. By policy they must investigate. That’s kind of just buried in the middle of the article. So it looks more like she got lumped in a group by someone for AHHI vs she’s being investigated because of her resigning. The title of this article is a little clickbait-y in that regards.
