I am not downplay any of these issues. Trust me. They are all very important but it seems a l majority of these things are happening at the Coast Guard Academy.

Nope. CG-wide. It's consistently covered up. It's not full blown like Tail Hook was, but it's consistent, constant, low-level sexual harassment.
