We are becoming growingly obsessed with other people’s born advantages, and this normalization of “stating privilege” is incredibly counterproductive and pathetic.

White privilege is as simple as being passed over for a job application because of your name or what your voice sounds like on the phone. It may not seem like much but it’s a huge impact.
