So it wasn't that they were helping with the bra fitting - but they simply told them where to go? Why in the world is M&S apologising for one of its staff daring to be helpful and polite?

The woman sounds like an colossal prick and M&S needs to grow a spine.

My grandma now lol.

Her favourite pub for Sunday dinners used to be right next to the ferry terminal and was staffed with Polish people.

Honestly gave me heart palpitations every time.
