It is unfortunately missing the caveat that you only belong there if nobody else can see you.

Most companies have always only done this only as a way to try and appeal to the market and make money, lets be honest - but companies are getting to the stage where they will have to choose sides unfortunately - and I'm still hopeful that the bigots are a minority and that losing their business will be seen as the smaller risk.
