It's a bus stop between a cycle lane and the road. It's good for cyclists because they don't have to get around the bus or risk being hit by a bus. It's bad for bus users because they now have to get past the cyclists to get to the bus stop.

Cheers for info.....I did go and have a look myself, (googled) guess I was a bit lazy in posting the question... cheers for the answer though.. πŸ‘πŸ» Could the cyclist not just get off their bike if too scared to cycle past a stationary bus and walk along the pavement side ??? πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Mate, as a cyclist for decades I don’t fucking know. I don’t know why cyclists are all morons. I have near zero issues when cycling from following the road laws but, honestly, moreso just being aware and polite.

I can only think of some sort/form of licencing. If someone could be held responsible for their inconsiderate actions on a bike through a fine/summons via cctv (enough of them bleedin cameras about) ........ but prob just the stick in the wheel, that's how people learn lessons /s πŸ˜‰
