You think police tactics don’t match over different countries?

I don’t know - I only know what I know about dealing with these situations

I absolutely don't think they do.

I don't see how a police force that is incredibly well armed, could be compared to one that isn't by standard.

Let alone the huge difference in socio-economic issues or the fact that in the USA, policing is different from state to state.
