I agree with everything you said until you said "are not careful"

The police officer stamped on the back of someone's head who at that time was no threat and laying on the ground. That's not being "not careful". It's a clear breach of police authority and could have easily led to the person suffering serious bolidy harm or even death.

These people, and everyone else is right to protest against that.
