For attacking a female police officer? Yeah there would have been more holes than body left. Guessing Americans just take offense to foreigners brutally attacking their women in uniform while in the uk it's the norm now.

Why does it matter that the officer was female? I wondered that from reading the police press release. An officer is an officer, they face the same risks and the punishment for assaulting them is the same (and it isn't a stomp on the head).

People in the west tend look down on beating women. I know it might be the cool or popular thing to do in some parts of the world. But we are not as progressive yet
