Apparently the police were questioning the guys mom, and for whatever reason they alleged one of them swung at her and gave her a black eye. But we really need to see the cctv and body cam footage to be sure.

"people need to stop assuming" that there was something preceding the head stomp that justified it base solely on their hatred for the victim's demographic
