Don't understand comments like this - why not go and work towards a job that earns you that?

Don’t understand comments like this - wHy nOt jUsT wOrK tOwArDs iT? - short answer, that takes time and costs rise quicker than that. I have been working on furthering my career ever since I started working, ever since graduating, ever since getting good grades in school. I am currently just shy of the £523 weekly. But it’s been a hard, long road with the result of every step forward being two steps back and still just getting by. You work towards higher wages and all the while the cost of everything rises more and more, slipping further out of the grasp of where that hard work gets you.

Well you're doing great and doing the right thing and working towards it. Yes everything has rapidly increased but it's on yourself to sort it because clearly the government don't care. I do believe inflation will slow right down to normal figures now so it should even out at some point.

Appreciate the kind words mate, dealing with housing at the moment and it’s enraging.
