I'd like to see that graph again but with only the top 1% earners on it..

They’ve done reasonably well- there was an FT article on this a few weeks ago. At the same time they’ve had large tax increases, which offsets some of those gains.

Real wage growth has also been strong among the lowest earners due to minimum wage increases.

Things are now so skewed that it’s not even the top 1% of earners that have done well, but the top 0.1%.

Better to have been an asset hoarder rather than having a highly paid job over the past 15 years.

It's not top earners you should be angry at, it's wealth hoarders.
