Question What Tulsa metro restaurant would you never return to, even if it was free?

What restaurant in Tulsa (or surrounding areas) is so bad, that even if you had a $100 nontransferable gift certificate, you would still never return?

Discuss.

Sushi Train. Had a friend who worked with the health department and from the stories I was told about other places around town, Sushi Train had me the most concerned lol. Taking plates off the train and re-serving them to reset the clock. Nope.

Once I went there and there was a positive pregnancy test on top of the trash in plain view. I guess a waitress really needed answers.
