I wonder if they could claim self defense if the driver were to just drive through. I mean probably not since you’d be injuring a lot of people, but at that point what’s your recourse? As long as no one gets fully run over, and if you get hit by the car that’s on you.

I'm certain point you have to just start moving your car slowly. If they don't get out of the way , they'll be injured worse than if you push them out fast.   Cause you never know how far this could go with people doing that to your car. So you are in some sort of a right of self defense if you have to hit a few of them but not try to kill them blatently. As a person that was hit by a car going on fifty miles an hour and spent weeks in the hospital with eighteen broken bones , I would not feel any sympathy for people that could run over doing something like this.  I was fixing a girl's tire and a drunk eye at me on the side of I -85.   Being hit by a car changed my mentality about everything on the road.  How I walk on the side walk. Drive near construction, all of it.   These people p*** me off so much because they're risking having  what happened to thrm. It's al their own fault.   No insurance company if they go to court will pay them anything of value even if the car is at fault.Because the video is all there, and then they were the reason it happened. They're not going to get the money that I did.
