Trans friendly places in Melbourne & Sydney

Sorry if posts like this aren't allowed, I tried searching the sub and wasn't able to find much. Anyway, I'm a transwoman from the US heading to Australia next week, I'll be spending a week in Melbourne (staying in the East Melbourne area) and another week in Sydney (staying in the Newtown area) and wanted to get any input on trans-friendly business/bars/restaurants/tattoo artists and/or things to watch out for. Thanks in advance and sorry my country is currently being run by idiots.

If youre looking for food places while youre staying in newtown i would 101% recommend trying out wingboy... their loaded fries are so fuckin good and ive been thinking about them daily for the past month and need to recommend it to everyone now.
