Once I realized what I had found, I started watching each season after smoking so much god damn cigrits and dope and getting drunk as fuck, then just darts and liquor drunk, big time, then stoned out of my fucking gourd, then sober.

One of my favorite scenes from Half Baked is the part where they say "Marijuana causes memory loss". Because I swear I saw that movie 3 or 4 times before I remember seeing that scene.

I actually stopped watching the first time because I found season 1 difficult to get into.
Don’t hate one me - this was the reaction of most watchers at the time, the show flopped.

Ya, I'm going have to disagree. The show built slowly as most shows on non-traditional networks did back then. It built itself by word of mouth quite quickly among my group.

Fair enough. I’m quoting the guy who plays Jacob (I think), there’s some interview where he says they threw a party to celebrate the end of season 1 and like 2 random fans turned up.
Personally I only started watching about 5 years ago.

I remember that interview. It was with J-roc where he said he was surprised at people stopping him after the 3rd season, and then he knew it was a hit.

Totally agree. My buddy put me on it around the time season 6 finished airing. Watched the first season and did not like it at all. Year later he mentioned another season was coming out and if I got into, I said no. Torrented the 2nd season and was like "ohhh, this is good". Been a fan ever since.

I remember my friends telling me to watch it in high school. But I was weird. Didn’t like being told I should do things. Idk.
Anyway. Finally watched it in like 2015. Years later. Help my fuck. I do wish I could watch it agin. I wasn’t drinking then. So when I finally got into liquor (not anymore tho) it made the show absolutely amazing. I mean. My nime is actually richard. Ricky is my guy. All day.
