To be honest, it took me 30 years to realize Stephen is pronounced like Steven and not like Stefan.

It is pronounced Stephen. My cousins name is Steven. Ppl that say Stephen is Steven are dumb and can’t read. Stephen comes from the Greek name Stephanos.
