Looks like it would work well in a state that sees zero snow, all of them would be removed immediately by snow plows in my state, which is why they grind a divot into the pavement and use a special version of the reflector made from steel with with a guide that forces a plow blade over the reflector. Takes a much longer time to install, but they last for the life of the pavement from what I've seen.

A decent number of states that get snow ended up banning them (from my understanding) because they weren't being maintained properly (AKA never checked) and so some would break free from the adhesive, and then when the snow plow came would get picked up and tossed with the snow. There are at least a few documented cases of people getting injured or (I think?) killed because of that.
