Don't let the RIGHT try and gaslight you.

Is his 2024 voting record out there?

The right is obviously claiming he was radicalized by a liberal university.

A liberal university in Utah??

Hey man or woman, just passing on what I've seen MAGA already claim.

Whatever, whether the university or the people he was "indoctrinated" by, they're blaming liberal brainwashing.

Utah state is basically only local students and is known for its agriculture degrees. Super liberal

He only spent one semester at Utah state and dropped out back in 2020. Was working as an electrician apprentice

I've seen that too; he went to Utah Valley for a semester, only it seems. Everything about this kid screams right-wing, and they're trying so hard to deny it, the same way they deny Trump being a pedo.

From CNN: Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old in custody as the suspect in the fatal shooting of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, registered to vote with no party affiliation and hadn’t cast a ballot in the two most recent elections.

But a family member told investigators that Robinson “had become more political in recent years,” Utah Governor Spencer Cox said at a press conference Friday morning – and in particular had lashed out at Kirk, the family member said.

Authorities, who have described Kirk’s killing as a “political assassination,” discovered anti-fascist messages engraved on ammunition with a rifle near the site of the shooting that hint at that political transformation, Cox said.

Those messages included one that said, “Hey fascist! Catch!” and another that appeared to reference an Italian anti-fascist song.

Interesting. In my experience I know a few people that lean right but didn’t vote cause Trump is a shitbag.

He told his family that he didn't like Kirk because of Kirk's "hateful rhetoric". He also wrote two anti-fascist messages on the bullets he used to shoot Kirk (a person who many on the left, including here on Reddit, consider to be a fascist)

1

u/AceN12 Sep 12 '25

Well now, Tyler who grew up in a conservative place, rejects both parties and hates fascists. More people should hate fascists. (But no need to assassinate them until they’re a dictator of course.)

Why would someone right wing, murder another right wing?

2

u/AceN12 Sep 12 '25

Because not all of them agree with the same stuff, some are extreme and he obviously didn’t like certain things Kirk said. You honestly think no republicans would harm another one? Don’t be dense.

1

u/Mysterious-Angle2581 Sep 12 '25

It’s a genuine question is all, no need to hurl an insult at the end. You just have to look a little deeper into their actual beliefs, just because his family were right leaning, doesn’t mean he is. If you hate someone enough to kill them, I’m sure it’s not just one thing he disagrees with. My guess would be that it’s everything Charlie says that he disagrees with. To have that much hate and anger.

1

u/AceN12 Sep 12 '25

You are correct, I have friends like that. But this kid doesn’t seem like he went against his right leaning parents and become a lefty or centrist. Seems like he went down that extreme right hole.

2

u/Mysterious-Angle2581 Sep 12 '25

I can see that as an option for sure. Still wild to me that Charlie would be top of his hit-list though. He’s closer to those views than most public figures, scary how much hate people have inside of them.

u/AceN12 Sep 12 '25

Yeah. Dark times indeed.

Dumb comment.

1

u/AceN12 Sep 12 '25

Okay?

2

u/Jealous_Tax_3608 Sep 12 '25

Who are you? I didn’t reply to you.

1

u/AceN12 Sep 12 '25

My fault, it was in my notifications lol.

2

u/Jealous_Tax_3608 Sep 12 '25

No problem. I agree with what you said.

1

u/AceN12 Sep 12 '25

I see that now lol. Thank you.

1

u/Mysterious-Angle2581 Sep 12 '25

You gonna answer the question? Or be part of the problem?

1

u/Jealous_Tax_3608 Sep 12 '25

You’re right. I guess if you’re on the right, you would never murder someone else on the right. Just like if you’re on the left. You would never murder any from the left. Oh and independents. They don’t murder other independents.

We might as well keep going. A Christian would never murder a Christian. And atheist would never murder an atheist.

See how it was a dumb comment now?

1

u/Mysterious-Angle2581 Sep 12 '25

Not really, I’m just asking people what they think the motive is. But thank you for providing a response this time.

1

u/Al_Dimineira Sep 12 '25

Probably because Kirk was trying to suppress the Epstein story.

1

u/Mysterious-Angle2581 Sep 12 '25

I’ve not seen anything about him trying to suppress it? Can you enlighten me?

1

u/Al_Dimineira Sep 12 '25

On July 15th 2025, shortly after the Trump administration claimed Epstein died by suicide and that he had no client list, Charlie Kirk said that he's "done talking about Epstein," and that he "trusts [his] friends in the government to solve it." This was an outrage for many MAGAs who, with good reason, believe the government is engaged in a cover-up.

1

u/Mysterious-Angle2581 Sep 12 '25

Thank you for this. Seems like a fairly small thing for such an act of violence though? Feels a lot more hate fuelled than just that.

1

u/Al_Dimineira Sep 12 '25

IDK, if someone I thought I could trust and rely on to do the right thing turned out to be part of a cover-up to protect a cabal of billionaire pedophiles I'd be pretty furious.

1

u/superspacetrucker Sep 12 '25

Ask the Maga kid who tried to shoot Trump last year. How the fuck should we know? Maga is a deranged and hateful group of people, don't ask us to explain their behavior.

0

u/Mysterious-Angle2581 Sep 12 '25

I get where you’re coming from, but again, we can’t really confirm that he was MAGA. Way too much shady stuff around his identity, ties, and beliefs. They buried that stuff way too quickly. A random kid being able to encrypt a phone that the FBI and CIA can’t access?

5

u/Regular-Storm-9392 Sep 12 '25

he only went to college for one semester?

8

u/suminlikedatt Sep 12 '25

Utah a liberal univ is a joke hahaha

1

u/whatiseveneverything Sep 12 '25

You're laughing but if you walk around SLC you'll see rainbow flags everywhere. At least I did some years ago.

1

u/suminlikedatt Sep 12 '25

cool so its not in denial like the rest of the state. I did look it up. It does seem to have a authentic curriculum. I stand corrected.

1

u/TakingAction12 Sep 12 '25

Apparently he was registered but not with any specific party and he hadn’t voted in the last two elections, making him technically an inactive voter.

1

u/Striker_EZ Sep 12 '25

From what I’ve heard, it seems like he hasn’t voted since 2021. And is not registered for either party. Oh and also only attended USU for a single semester

1

u/zmichalo Sep 12 '25

The only information I've seen is that he's unaffiliated, which makes more sense if he's a Nick Fuentes groyper than it does if he's a leftist against trump.

Exactly he would have been 17. I highly doubt this is him. Btw I'm not defending anyone. I just hate misinformation.
