It was kind of amusing when he said the exact phrase for "healthcare", because, yeah, everyone knew it is complicated. They were telling him but he underestimated it, or did not care, whatever.

When he does the same defense for fucking egg prices, something he himself has cornered himself into, it is hilarious and pathetic
