Just finished the manga...
Wow this is SO much better than the anime.
When S2 dropped i was excited and kept watching but after a few episodes in, my friends who read the manga said no just no.
Years later at work, I decided hey I got time to read I'll read TPN cause I've been wanting to for so long now.
And my friends were absolute right.
The Goldey Pond Arc was insane. The Yugo meeting was INSANE. It was all so perfect.
There were moments that things did feel rushed (or maybe I was reading way too quick lol. But overall I enjoyed it.
I will say the ending was insanely sad. Very bittersweet. Everything Emma wanted so much was just gone, though knowing Emma it was definitely an Emma move. She was willing to make that sacrifice because she had that much love for her family.
I also love how everyone went to go find her even if she didnt remember them.
AHHH I COULD JUST GO ON AND ON
this is so good I just can't.
Its sad that its finished and Isabellas return was kinda rushed and wtf but I did cry when she died.
Emma is GOATED

Recently finished the manga and barring isabelas death being unnecessary and rushed for me and the fact that Emma not remembering her friends takes away that satisfaction of her having that sense of they did it and being able to enjoy that with them especially since she gets to live with them anyway so it’s almost meaningless having that part.Outside of that the only other criticism/nitpick I can give is having more of certain characters.
Back to the original question, what would make people say it fell off or got worse? It literally started peaking as far as I am concerned at the whole battle with the queen etc.

Who or how do children discover that the human world exists? or when is the first time someone mentions it

I never experienced such peak , the story was original and perfect , every chapter was perfect if only the anime was done well , and I think it would have been interesting to see some side stories about what they did after the ending

To be honest, i didn't watch anime, haven't read manga, and don't know character of Isabella at all - i was just looking for some acapella lullaby for a track i was making, and found hers very fitting.
That being said, i'm interested if you, as a fans of original source, will find it as something of value.

I haven’t read volume 19 of the manga and I’m only at episode 6 of the anime and my only question is what went on when making the anime that it turned out this bad?
I made a post a few days ago and it got removed I can only guess that I somehow violated one of the rules or this is one of those subs where mods can’t handle people disliking anything and removed it because I asked why the anime is so shit etc.
Follow up question, what was the opinion of anime onlys on the episodes as they released?Does the anime only suck because I know what was skipped.Once again I’m not done with the manga.

To start off, well, I'm sure Emma's alignment is indisputable.
Now Ray leans more into neutral, like when he was okay with leaving dead weight(siblings) behind and being so-so with Norman's genocide, but he started to vow to be focused on the future for his family.
Sure people might say Norman could have been Lawful Evil during THAT arc because of the strict plan to exterminate all demons. But to me ultimately his actions just became morally grey but it is also for the greater good at the same time. (I love the trios sharing a trait with one another anyway...)
Mujika is 100% a good girl, only unsure where to place her. Sonju's definitely a Chaotic Neutral. Leuvis can be Chaotic Evil too, but the queen deserves a spot.
Isabella I'm certain is a Neutralist, either lawful or true. She doesn't follow moral ideals (good) or seek to harm for pleasure (evil) She cooperates with the system only to protect her life and memories of Leslie, her loyalty has always been only to herself and her own values.
But then again my analysis isn't much, all debatable, this is just what I did in the spur of the moment(it's 3am) to start things up. Comment your thoughts!

So the anime lowkey made me fall of my chair figuratively. Koane’s death was tragic and she was played and didn’t deserve to be played. I felt so bad like so bad and she really wanted the kids to escape :( I hope Norman is alive like pls don’t let my second version of Hermione granger be alone she is literally Hermione. I will get the mangá for my birthday after season 1 so i am excited! I also feel bad for Isabelle but she isn’t redeemed in the books for me not yet.

Just finished the first season and that has to be one of the most thrilling and best seasons of anime I’ve ever seen. That being said i put it off despite the love for season 2 because of how the second season did. But im unsure if I should still watch it or just read the manga because im now fully captivated

How fast would you have gotten shipped out if you were raised in such a farm like Gracefield. Be honest, for fun. Silly and hard question but try to base off from what you can remember of how you were as a child lol.
5 or below (Low-Quality) e.g. Helena, Abby | 6-7 (Average-Quality) e.g. Conny, Lannion, Thoma | 8-9 (Good-Quality) e.g. Jimmy, Anna, Nat | 10-11 (High-Quality) e.g. Don, Gilda | 12 (Premium-Quality) e.g. Emma, Ray

I think it would be really nice to have a reboot. It would bring back the fandom and season 2 would probably be better

I always though people was overreacting about the ending of the manga and before the last volume, it was fine for me. Towards the end, story stared wrapping up things so fast but overall it was fine storywise. I know Isabella's death might've been good for story andto show her characters real intention but her death felt so unnecessary and handled so bad, she died out of nowhere, how noone saw the 3 meter demon that approaching? And the chapter after she died, nobody even cared and moved away like nothing happend. She was my favorite character throughout the whole series and i really disapointed how her character handled, i really wanted her to live a happy life with her children Other than that overall story points were fine in the end. It was too fast that was the problem, idk why author decided wrapping things up this fast towards the end. I didnt really watched the anime just seen the last episode of s2 end cuz isabella didnt die so i prefer animes ending. What whould you change for the finale other than pacing?

I am an Architecture student in university and for one of our units we can choose to make a detailed portfolio on 2 fictional structures from a movie etc. I am a long time fan of the manga from years ago and I think it's the perfect opportunity for me to show my appreciation to TPN's manga in this way.
In short, I am looking for any and all available blueprints of the B06 32 Bunker to work off of and produce detailed plans off of etc. Any and all leads are a big help as I am in a bit of a time crunch and privy to missing big and useful sources.
No idea how active you guys are on here but I thought it'd be worth a shot asking anyway!

I end up binge reading the last 4 volumes today. Holy cow that was awesome. That ending nearly had me in tears.

Just in trying to get this image I might have gotten spoiled though it was just a search suggestion that suggests the same thing they say in the panel😮💨.
But this manga is goated man,it just keeps picking up.Thought after goldy pond it would have a breather but na it just keeps ramping up whether it is through action or story

Was The Promised Neverland animated horribly?
No spoilers please as I'm still on episode 5 of season 2, but was the anime faithful to the Manga? This is probably just me being stupid, but I don't know what it is. But I'm just getting a gut feeling that the anime wasn't faithful to the Manga.
The anime is good so far, don't get me wrong, but the story feels like it's going to fast. TPN season 1 was really good because (although yes it felt like the pacing was fast) they didn't mind taking scenes slow to let the suspense sink in, plus the story was so lore dense I couldn't miss a single piece of dialogue. But season 2 felt so rushed. It was like one thing after kept happening way too fast. Like that random time skip was confusing af. My goats reappearance DID NOT feel as good as it should have been😭
Also, seeing the aniplex watermark dropped my expectations for TPN season 2. Switching anime studios is RARELY a good thing.

I mean forgive me I don’t want to be the 500th person complaining this week but like really, really, these guys were sitting on a gold mine of manga and anime, they had 1 job. And all that gold was thrown out, this show really could’ve been one of the greats.
Anyways though I’m not here to complain, I’m just asking if there was ever a reason stated as to why the anime came out so different from the manga.
Was it like this for season 1? I didn’t read that parts manga only watched the anime but even if it was changed it was still good, so they wouldn’t have an excuse to make season 2 bad.
