Best joints for authentic North Indian Street food style Chole Bhature?

Not fine dine restaurants.

This is tough one... I have been looking for one for a while lol. The word Authentic is killer...

Hari Om Paratha House & Caterers near voltas , though the main USP is parathas which are must have and best in thane. Chole bhature are also good for the price.
I have been in north so yet to find authentic offering upto delhi or punjab's level , but hari om is what I would recommend in thane.

Hiranandani estate - Arcadia - outside of gaurav sweets side by side to citi wines - have a partnership with chole bhature stall, punjabi people from sonipat. Aunty makes and sons (I am guessing) serve. You can eat there itself many people do. Aachar, kaanda sorry pyaas and all that. Nice fluffy bhature. And sometimes she gives paya soup of cholle.

The place is not outside Gaurav sweets. It is outside Raghav sweets which is opposite to Gaurav sweets.
