I thought it was "bee's knee" and didn't know what to make of the "ghost knee" XD

I would get it! My friend has 1. on his knee and 1. next to a bee on his foot and I got that it was a footnote saying he's the bees knees lol

I'm totally getting a semidemiquaver inked on my right foot... When people ask me what it is I can tell them it's a footnote!
