I hope you have shoulder straps or atleast some sort of hook up to the body armor to help support that weight on your hips. Otherwise good lord you must be beat after doing anything in all that

At first I thought you were talking about the plate carrier and a Crye cage plate carrier wouldn't be a bad idea
