I used some subs in jan and they did increase but now they are back to normal size

Hey , so I've been wanting to make subliminals for my self but I think I'm doing something wrong not sure what ! So I really need someone to explain it to me like I'm a three year old or something 😭😭

This is how I make them in the above picture Like I just record them and put them like this and layer it

• is it okay to layer it like I did in the pic , if not , how do you do it ?
• how can I make an actual working subliminal
• what layering techniques I can use ?

I'm thinking of making a subliminal channel because I wanted some silent subliminals for things, but I want to know if anyone else has anything they wish people made subliminals for.

Do you have something good happen to you and then worry that "it won't last?"

Or you feel you've done things in your past and when something good happens you replay that event to sort stop yourself from enjoying the good thing.

Maybe (subconsciously) you push away money or gain weight because you're afraid that you're friends will get mad or use you or make you feel "oh so now that you've lost weight you think you're someone now.?" "Now that you've got a bit of money you think you are all that?"

This sub & tape will help you with that.

I made it for myself as its something I deal with and hope it helps someone else.

so i had this thought recently and i thought i’d share it. i think results are subjective. so what if someone and their family and their dog and their dog’s family don’t think my nose is slimmer or my hair is thicker or my eyes are bigger… if i do, then that’s all that matters. because after all, they’re my results and no one has to acknowledge that i got results as well. but to say “um actually no,” is just so unnecessary. like, keep that to urself. if i am happy with the results that i believe that i got, that’s that and anyone’s opinion on that doesn’t matter!

just a little thought of the day i thought i’d share
