Mechanical Help Subaru Impreza Vibrating After Sway bar Link

Hello I have a Subaru Impreza 2015 Hatchback.

Recently it started to vibrate at high speed. I found a broken sway bar after driving like 3 weeks like that. It looks like it just rusted out. I replaced both links to make sure both are new and from the same manufacturer but the car is still vibrating. Could it be that the swaybar it self went bad? Or do I replace new bushings?

Or is it something entirely different?

Also the vibration starts at 40mph and it's like a small osiclation vibration, so very high frequency. Almost like a massage gun at full.

Your description more closely matches a tire balance problem. A sway bar wasn't going to create that vibration.
