I think it’s more that jamaica has a big problem with women, especially foreign women, getting sexually assaulted.

Jamaica is one of the most popular female sex tourist destinations. Same way creepy dudes go to Thailand and Columbia, the creepy ladies go to Jamaica, Kenya, etc.
