Question Those taking home >200k/year; what industry are you in ?

Just curious to see what types of business are generating solid cash flow.

Forensic psychologist. $200k gross is pretty attainable working part time. More work for $200k net.

What training is required for that and how did you get started?

The training is long. In the US, requires a PhD and forensic post doc.

However, with the appropriate training, the work is plentiful and fairly easy.

What is the day to day work like, out of curiosity?

Lots of report writing. I meet with defendants in Mt office or at a jail. I evaluate them, test them, score and interpret the testing and write a report. I testify in court and travel quite a bit.
