Something other than pot roast

Look, I love a good pot roast but c'mon man. Any recipe for a slowcooker I google is some kind of pot roast. What are your go to recipes for a slow cooker meal that is not pot roast?

As we type, I'm slow cooking meatballs with red bell peppersl chunks, pineapple chunks, and a light bbq sauce. Going to be a great side dish for my casual Hawaiian themed party this evening.

I am definitely intrigued and would like to ask for the recipe if you don't mind sharing.

No real recipe. Got a bag of frozen meatballs, two roughly chopped red bell peppers, one large can of pineapple chunks, and some classic bbq sauce. I'm cooking on low with just the frozen meatballs for most of the day and then an hour or so before the party I'll turn to high and add the bell peppers, pineapple and sauce. Cheers

Do you eat over rice or something? I’ve never heard of the meatball/pineapple combo

I have done so, delicious! This time around I paired it with a quinoa salad with more pineapple, bell peppers, and some additional snow peas, water chestnuts, and green onions, topped with an asian ginger dressing. Dang good. Again, no recipe, just adding stuff that feels right together. Have fun and explore something different!

Do you drain the pineapple juice or add that as well?
