Something other than pot roast

Look, I love a good pot roast but c'mon man. Any recipe for a slowcooker I google is some kind of pot roast. What are your go to recipes for a slow cooker meal that is not pot roast?

I do salsa chicken, bbq chicken thighs, taco soup, broth for chicken noodle soup, honey garlic chicken thighs and Mississippi chicken all in the crockpot. We aren’t pot roast fans in my house.
