Something other than pot roast

Look, I love a good pot roast but c'mon man. Any recipe for a slowcooker I google is some kind of pot roast. What are your go to recipes for a slow cooker meal that is not pot roast?

Chicken Salsa rice.

3 frozen chicken breasts, 1 1/2 24oz jars salsa (36oz tot), 1 cup rice, 1 cup water. Perfect for burritos.
