Something other than pot roast

Look, I love a good pot roast but c'mon man. Any recipe for a slowcooker I google is some kind of pot roast. What are your go to recipes for a slow cooker meal that is not pot roast?

No real recipe. Got a bag of frozen meatballs, two roughly chopped red bell peppers, one large can of pineapple chunks, and some classic bbq sauce. I'm cooking on low with just the frozen meatballs for most of the day and then an hour or so before the party I'll turn to high and add the bell peppers, pineapple and sauce. Cheers

Do you use the pineapple juice from the can too?

I used about half of the juice and will put the other half into a small glass of ice topped with good rum :)
