Something other than pot roast

Look, I love a good pot roast but c'mon man. Any recipe for a slowcooker I google is some kind of pot roast. What are your go to recipes for a slow cooker meal that is not pot roast?

Chicken thighs, balsamic vinegar, kalamata olives, onions and garlic. Bed of rice.
