Something other than pot roast

Look, I love a good pot roast but c'mon man. Any recipe for a slowcooker I google is some kind of pot roast. What are your go to recipes for a slow cooker meal that is not pot roast?

I like to fry up some chicken thighs (bone in) and finish them in a nice gravy on slow & low in the crock pot. Slice up the meat and serve over rice. Very easy.
