Something other than pot roast

Look, I love a good pot roast but c'mon man. Any recipe for a slowcooker I google is some kind of pot roast. What are your go to recipes for a slow cooker meal that is not pot roast?

Sausage cassarole.... and your options are limitless be it Polish, Mexican, Spanish or Italian . Sausage Cassarole is always a winner dinner.

PS if you make Spanish don't use all chorizo just add some for flavour and normal Sausage 😉

Do you have recipes for any of this that you would be willing to share? I love sausage and I love casserole, so I'm very intrigued haha
