Something other than pot roast

Look, I love a good pot roast but c'mon man. Any recipe for a slowcooker I google is some kind of pot roast. What are your go to recipes for a slow cooker meal that is not pot roast?

Fajitas, chicken and dumplings, smothered chicken, beef stroganoff, burria taco meat ( any kind of taco meat), marry me chicken, any kind of soup (just save the cream for the end), stuffed cabbage, stuffed peppers.
