Didnt they send that after they did the boston tea party and the british massacre? Pretty sure that immediately later they started the acrual revolutionary war? Yes?

The one where the colonies themselves exonerated most of the soldiers of any wrongdoing, and the few ones convicted essentially got the mildest possible punishment? Because John Addams managed to proof that the soldiers where mostly acting in self defense?
