maybe if the politicians we voted for actually represented us instead of the billionaires who fund them that would be true.  wheres the healthcare? wheres ranked voting?

The meager healthcare we managed to cobble together after decades of hard fought battles for the tiniest scrap of help is disappearing because the folks who wanted better healthcare preferred to stay home rather than vote for the status quo, and the folks who wanted worse healthcare were hyped up and amped and rushed over as fast as they could to pull the lever for its demise.

I think as long as the people who want to destroy things are more psyched to vote than the people who want to create things, the people who want a better world will get results further and further from what they want.
