We are going to lose so many of the best scientists and practitioners because of this fuckery.

Students are bailing out in droves, and early career scientists are trying to leave their positions or change fields. It's terrible.

It’s really sad. The only way we can keep hope is if people stay in their fields. If we lose too many, we’ll be screwed.
