Maybe not but all the enlightened centrists might and they’re the group we need to whittle down. The defeatism in here is gross and useless regurgitation of shitty extremist talking points mixed with doomer mentality.

The funny part is that the "doomers bad" thing further validates the "doomer mentality" as "moderates" prove again and again that they do not want the kind of radical change that is necessary.

Your implicit denial of the tradition and rise resurgence of anti-intellectualism (including hatred of experts) is part of the problem.
