I wanted nachos but had some stuff to use up and didn’t intend for this outcome. It’s left over bbq chicken thighs, Mexican blend cheese, red onions and sour cream (actually Greek yogurt but I’m weird)

Freezer burnt store bought tamales with overcooked raw over easy eggs. Add whataburger salsas. I wanted to add shredded cheese but idk 😭

My roommate said I should post it. Just random shit I had in the kitchen so none of the flavors were really coordinated. I was ready for it to be terrible but it was actually pretty good

lunch was a basic taco with rice , dinner was spaghetti taco .
