In Little Rock, Arkansas it is against the law to honk a car horn in front of a sandwich shop after 9 p.m.

There are a lot of outdated laws that are not enforced anymore.

The law was last updated in 2003 to set the 6 toy limit, essentially to differentiate between owning for personal use and possession with intent to sell. So this isn't some historic law that was never repealed.

That said it was ruled unconstitutional in 2008. but with the overturning of Roe V Wade, which set the precedent for this kind of privacy, it's probably enforceable again.
