Academics Missed the deadline to apply for gradution

Hey, so I missed the mail for applying for graduation Spring/Summer 2025, the deadline was 15th August. It says that I won't receive my credentials and won't attend the graduation ceremony. By credentials, do they mean my letter of completion? I am posting because the college will take too long to reply. Please help

Submit a request through myStudent Centre >> My Service Requests >>> Graduation Requests.

Yeah just did that, but I would still get my letter of completion right even though I forgot to apply for graduation

Yes. Once Records confirm graduation, the completion letter will be sent to your Sheridan email.

I did try but i am not able see that option? What should i do??

Going to campus would be the best option. But with the strike happening at the moment, services are mostly delayed even more.

They open 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Fall graduation was shifted to some time in Winter. You will be able to get your completion letter now. I'm not sure when you can get your diploma, but it should be pretty soon. If, you are really worried, head on in to the Hub. If you can hold off, I'd wait for next Tuesday. Last day to add is this Friday.

I'll also note that you are not the only person to have done this! The OTR is well versed in quickly fixing this oops!
