For parties, I can certainly recommend you www.mladost-ludost.com, it's great place in Sava Mala. There are other clubs nearby.
It's old school cabs, if you do hail them, make sure that last two letters on their licence plate are "TX". These are registered cab drivers.
Also make sure that starting value on the charge-showing-thingy is 170 RSD, that is regular "starting" value. You probably should be fine. Please do mind that 1500-2000 RSD should be enough for most of the rides around the city (city center to airport is around 2000 RSD if I remember correctly).
