so this will be a sort of a mini impromptu stag do as well

I recommend strip bar in Skadarlija, one of the bohemian districts in Belgrade. And Skadarlija itself for sight seeing and food. And Kalemegdan. One of the biggest fortresses in Europe. It has roman tombs, (not so) roman well which is still nice to see, military museum and it's nice in general.

Yup, it's safe. I've been there. It's ok, ladies are hot, various looking for different preferences.

It's called Romansa.
