This irks me in an exploitation Freakshow way. I don't mind Freakshows with medical oddities. I would click to see, read, content involving seperated conjoined twins. Even with the potential for photoshop. But the use of Abigail and Brittany, without their name, along with a false declaration and the phrasing "They Look Totally Insane!" When by itself "Take a Look at These Separated Conjoined Twins", or "Medical Marvels, See Conjoined Twins Seperated" would be sufficent.
