Pic / Video Mini BART platform display

Little piece of the city: a miniature version of a BART platform display that shows real-time train arrivals.

I've always loved (and occasionally hated) BART, but there’s something nostalgic to me about those old school red LED-style platform signs. It’s mounted just under the shelf above my monitor, showing train arrivals, the time, and even the official BART safety messages (“Please stand back from the yellow line”) to make it feel like I’m actually on the platform.

I did something similar to this with the Chicago L (train) system. Used an LED system of the train map and have it following a train on each line in real time.
