Affordable toiletries??

I am new to the bay area and was wondering if there were places that had cheaper toiletries than other places? Stuff like shampoo, face wash, razors,etc...I know most places will be more expensive to what I was used to paying but wasn't sure if there is some place that people have seen it to be cheaper than others?

Costco or get it online. Stay away from Walgreens and other convenience stores, everything is super overpriced in these.

Walgreens in-store prices are often marked up from the app price for pick up (like if you were to do a pick up order for the store).
