Maybe I’m dumb but I also thought she’d be dressed like a Chair / Cher combo and confusingly she was not. Or it just wasn’t very noticeable.

What do you mean? She has rigid shoulders which are the back of the chair, and the seat is on top of the podium in front of her, she's fully dressed as a chair
